Billing

Register a payment method, view invoices, and manage your balance. VeloDB Cloud bills hourly and supports four deduction channels: credit card, cash top-up, credits, and cloud marketplace.

Before moving to production, link a credit card or open a cloud-marketplace channel to keep the service running.

VeloDB Cloud collects usage information every minute, bills hourly, and generates hourly and monthly bills for reconciliation and cost analysis.

Warning If your credit-card / cash / credit balance is exhausted and no cloud-marketplace channel is open, the service stops. Data is retained for 7 days.

Deduction channels

VeloDB Cloud supports four deduction channels:

Channel	Description
Credit Card	Register a credit card for automatic deduction.
Add Funds	Top up a cash balance via offline transfer.
Credits	Activate credit codes issued by VeloDB Cloud.
Marketplace	Consolidate usage onto your AWS or GCP cloud bill.
