Choose a Plan

To compare the Standard and Premium plans, see VeloDB Cloud Plans. A plan applies to the entire organization, including all its SaaS and BYOC warehouses.

View your current plan and pricing

1. Log in to the VeloDB Cloud console.
2. In the upper-left corner, click the organization name to open the Organization Overview page.
3. In the left navigation pane, click Plans.
4. At the top right of the Plans page, select the Region to view pricing for that region. Prices and certain feature availability can vary by region.

The plan currently active for your organization is marked Current Plan on its card. The other plan shows the Switch to <plan name> button.

Switch your organization's plan

Warning:

A plan switch applies to the entire organization and all its SaaS and BYOC warehouses. Compute pricing changes for all running clusters in the next billing period. Review the plan features and billing details before switching.

1. Log in to the VeloDB Cloud console.
2. In the upper-left corner, click the organization name to open the Organization Overview page.
3. In the left navigation pane, click Plans.
4. Click Switch to <plan name> and confirm the change.

To switch from Premium to Standard, first turn off or remove every Premium feature in use. You can disable SAML single sign-on in Organization Settings. You cannot disable TDE or customer-managed encryption keys on a warehouse after enabling them. To remove these features, migrate the data to a new warehouse without them, then remove the original warehouse. When no warehouse uses a Premium-only feature, switch to Standard.

An active subscription cluster can also prevent switching to Standard. The console identifies features or subscriptions that block the switch. Resolve them before trying again. After switching to Standard, Premium-only capabilities are unavailable across the organization. Switch back to Premium to use them again.
