Google Cloud Marketplace

Use Google Cloud Marketplace to pay for VeloDB Cloud usage with your Google Cloud account. After you subscribe and authorize an organization, VeloDB Cloud charges subsequent usage to that account.

Subscribe and authorize an organization​

Open the VeloDB Cloud product page in one of the following ways:

  • From VeloDB Cloud:

    1. Log in to the VeloDB Cloud console.
    2. In the upper-left corner, click the organization name to open the Organization Overview page, then click Billing in the left navigation pane.
    3. On Billing Overview, click Subscribe on the Cloud Marketplace card.
    4. Select Google Cloud Marketplace, and then click Go to Subscribe.

  • Directly from Google Cloud Marketplace:

    Open Google Cloud Marketplace and search for VeloDB Cloud.

On the VeloDB Cloud product page, continue the following steps:

  1. Click SUBSCRIBE to open the order confirmation page.

  2. Accept the terms, then click SUBSCRIBE again.

  3. In the confirmation dialog, click GO TO PRODUCT PAGE.

  4. On the product page, click MANAGE ON PROVIDER to return to VeloDB Cloud.

  5. Log in to the VeloDB Cloud console. If you do not have an account, create one before continuing.

  6. Select the target organization, then click Confirm Authorization.

    Note:

    It can take about one minute for the order status to update. Wait for the update before authorizing the organization.

  7. Click Check to return to Billing Overview. When the Cloud Marketplace card shows the active Google Cloud Marketplace channel, authorization is complete.

Unsubscribe​

Before you unsubscribe, make sure another deduction channel can cover future charges.

To unsubscribe from Google Cloud Marketplace, follow these steps:

  1. On Billing Overview, click Change on the Cloud Marketplace card.
  2. Select Google Cloud Marketplace and click Go to Unsubscribe to open the Google Cloud Marketplace order page.
  3. Find the active order by Order Number, open the action menu, and click Cancel order.
  4. In the confirmation dialog, enter the Order Number, then click CANCEL ORDER.

When the order status is Canceled, the marketplace deduction channel is no longer active in VeloDB Cloud.

Note:

It can take about one minute for the status to update. Then refresh Billing Overview in the VeloDB Cloud console to verify the change.

Billing and support​

Use Billing Statements in VeloDB Cloud to review usage and billing statements. Your cloud provider issues the marketplace invoice.
