Delete a Cluster
Delete a cluster when its compute resources are no longer required. Deletion permanently removes the cluster's compute resources and local cache. It cannot be undone.
Warning:
This action permanently removes the cluster's compute resources and cached data.
Before you begin
- Route workloads to another cluster before deletion. Requests that still target the deleted cluster will fail.
- The Delete Cluster action is available only when the cluster's status and configuration allow deletion. If the button is disabled, complete the required cluster operation or remove its association with a virtual cluster first.
- Deleting a SaaS free-trial cluster also deletes its free-trial warehouse, including its storage and data.
Delete a cluster
- Log in to the VeloDB Cloud console.
- In the upper-left corner, select the warehouse that contains the cluster you want to delete.
- In the left navigation pane, under Compute, click Clusters.
- Click the target cluster card to open its details page.
