Credits

Credits are a prepaid balance issued by VeloDB Cloud that can be used to offset compute and storage costs. They are applied automatically before other deduction channels.

How to get credits

New user bonus — Every new user receives $300 in credits upon first successful login. These credits are available immediately and can be used across any warehouse in your organization.

POC credits — If you are evaluating VeloDB Cloud for a proof-of-concept, you can request additional credits from the VeloDB support team. Contact support with your use case and estimated resource requirements.

Activate a credit code

On the Billing Overview page, go to the Credits section and click Add Credits to enter a credit code issued by VeloDB Cloud.

The Credits section shows:

Field	Description
Available Credits	Current spendable balance in USD.
Total Granted	Total credits ever issued to the organization.

Credit history

Use the date range filter and credit code search on the Credits page to review activation records, balance changes, and credit status.
